You may contact Reverend Dr. Kevin Jackson at chaplain.fgbc@gmail.com to indicate your interest in applying for an endorsement through the Department of Ecclesiastical Endorsement and Pastoral Care. In addition, the following items are required for a complete endorsement package:
- Complete the Department of Ecclesiastical Endorsement and Pastoral Care application
- Submit two character reference letters
- Submit college and seminary transcripts
- Submit a letter of reference from your pastor
- Provide a copy of your ministerial credentials and ordination certificate
- Submit a resume
- Prepare an essay explaining your theology concerning chaplaincy (at least 350 words)
- A recent photograph
- Application fee (non-refundable) payable to: FGBCF Ecclesiastical Endorsement & Pastoral Care
- Provide a brief writing of your conversion experience and ministry experience (at least 350 words).
- CPE Certificates (Copy if applicable)
